Module 3: The Warming Up
We’ll break down what an effective warm-up looks like and why it matters, plus, you’ll get a follow-along video to guide your routine.
Module 4: Leg Day
This is your deep dive into lower-body training. You’ll learn why leg day is foundational, get a crash course in anatomy, and walk away with both home and gym routines, along with an exercise planning sheet to stay on track.
Module 5: The Cooling Down
Finally, we’ll cover how to cool down properly to support recovery and mobility, including a breakdown of key elements and a follow-along video.

Why do I need to combine yoga with leg day workout?

Do I need experience with yoga or strength training?
Nope! This course is designed to be beginner-friendly. Whether you’re new to yoga, strength training, or both, the sessions are easy to follow and progress gradually. And if you’re more experienced running into your limits:, you can adapt the plan to your level and feel the benefits. Every movement is scalable—so you build strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace.
Can I do this at home without a gym?
Absolutely! You can do both! The warming up and cooling down sessions require just a mat and a bit of space. Perfectly suited for both the gym and your living room. And the strength routine can be adjusted using bodyweight or gym equipment. We’ve added a strength program for both options. Your choice.
How is this different from a regular stretch routine?
These sessions go far beyond basic stretching. While traditional stretching focuses mainly on lengthening muscles and fascia, this course takes a full-spectrum approach. You’ll learn how to activate your nervous system, prepare your muscles with intention, and use your breath to sharpen focus and deepen your practice. It’s about building lower body mobility, enhancing recovery, and improving performance—all through a science-based, holistic method that helps you train with strength and balance.
