Hi, I’m Zizi De Winter, personal trainer, yoga teacher, stretch coach, and founder of Aesthetic Fit.
There were times I pushed too hard or skipped mobility and my body let me know. Injuries, restricted movement, and exhaustion were the result of training purely for strength, without a clear plan.
Over time, I realized that leg day isn’t just about power. It’s so much more. It’s about building lasting performance, becoming as strong as you can be, and feeling free in your body.
